How do I know what level my son/daughter will be playing at?

Our qualified basketball coaches will determine their level based on their basketball experience and age.

Can I do one class instead of two?

Yes. We offer “up to” two classes per day. You can choose to do either basketball, conditioning or both.

Should I bring my own water bottle?    

Yes. We recommend bringing your own water bottle or you could purchase gatorade at the front desk.    

Do I need special shoes?

Basketball shoes are recommended.

Can I put my sessions on hold?        

Unfortunately sessions cannot be put on hold.

Can I change my membership?

Old memberships (Gold, Silver, Bronze or Starter) cannot be changed and once cancelled, cannot be repurchased, as they have been discontinued. New Unlimited Memberships can be changed at any time.

Am I able to use my unused sessions the following month?

No. We do not roll-over unused sessions from one month to the next. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of each month.

Do I need to book my classes in advance?

Yes. We require all athletes to be signed in for the class they’ll be attending. You can book a day, a week or a month in advance.

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for both Private and Small Group Training. Any session cancelled within 24 hour window, is non-refundable.

For membership cancellations, we require a 30 days written notice.
