Facility

Our facility features a basketball court (78' x 40') with 3 adjustable hoops (8'-10').

We use high performance training equipment including a Noah Basketball System (used by 26 of 30 NBA teams) that gives instant feedback on the arc and depth of your shot), 2 designated areas for Conditioning Circuits (speed, jumping, and strength) specifically designed for youth, the Gun8000 Shooting Machine (1,800 shots in 1 hour) and a Vertimax Trainer for our advanced athletes to add intensity to their sport-specific movements.

Small Group Training

Small Group training focuses on providing the athletes with fundamental skills an game concept. We keep the classes small to ensure enough individual attention to maximize player development. Based on your commitment you can choose how many days a week your athlete would like to train. We recommend starting with at least 2 days a week for best results. 

Classes are divided into 50 minutes of basketball skills and 50 minutes of conditioning (with a 10 min break at the half-way mark).

Private and Semi Private Training

Private training lets your athlete work 1 on 1 with a performance coach to enhance his or her individual skills. Athletes can do private classes on both the basketball court and in the weight-room, depending on the program design of the performance based on the needs, goals, and season (in-season, pre-season, off-season).

Semi-private classes are up to 6 athletes. 

Private classes are 60 minutes in length.

Team Training

We work with local schools and club teams to provide:

- strength & conditioning programs (based on the season: off-season, pre-season, in-season)

- specific skills based on team goals (ie. shooting, vertical jump, conditioning, passing, ball-handling)

Since we can accommodate both the conditioning and skills in our facility, we split teams into 2 groups and 1group focuses on conditioning for the 1st hour while the second group focuses on skills.  After 1 hour, the groups switch places.

Recommended Program:  10 sessions of Team Training (2 days/week)
