We offer 5 levels of classes for ages 5-16. These classes have a maximum of 10 athletes to ensure each individual gets personalized training and attention.
To guarantee your spot, we suggest booking at least one week in advance. A day pass consists of a 50 mins basketball skills class and a 50 mins conditioning class.
