Small Group Classes
Our small group classes focus on individual skill development, conditioning, and games. Every workout consists of 50-min of basketball skills and 50-min of conditioning. Our conditioning classes focus on flexibility, core, balance, plyometrics (jump training), motor skills (agility, speed), and resistance training specifically designed for youth.
Private Training & Semi-Private Training
Are you new to the game and need more individual attention? Or are you and a friend wanting to work on specifics areas of your game?
Our private classes are 60-min in length and are designed to target specific areas an athlete is looking to improve.
Our academy team program runs in the fall and spring. Our practices are help at Collingwood School (Wentworth Campus). Stay tuned for the upcoming schedule for Fall 2018.
We work together with the coaches of various team sports, schools, and academies (basketball, volleyball, running, diving, and softball) to customize a workout program for their team goals.
